I recently shopped with them and it was a lovely experience. The customer service was amazing, the products and livestock are awesome quality at a really great price. I was so glad to see they added a heat pack to my fish's package to keep them warm, as other places make you buy heat packs seperately. I highly recommend this shop.
I order my things from them yesterday 03/05/2023 and got it to day +- 11:00 this morning. We have 4 hours of now with loadsheding and all the filters in the 7 tanks are run now if there are power or not. Thank you and al the 200 dumbo guppies are happy as well. Thanks a lot.
