Snowflake is made from 100% soybean hull. Which is high in fiber and contains trace elements, proteins and amino acids. The snowflake provide a growth media for Mycelia which is the vegetative part of a fungi. Mycelia contains proteins, amino acids, fats, and other beneficial nutrients for shrimps.
Snowflake can be used as a holiday food source and does not pollute tanks water but mycelia fungus could start to grow which is a very good source of food for shrimp to munch on.

Refund Policy
If the product is found to be faulty within the first 7 days of purchase, we will either replace or refund once suitable evidence is provided in the form of images or video.
Claims resulting from negligence, misuse or incorrect operation of products will be dismissed.
Goods that have been received damaged from the shipping process need to be reported within 30 minutes of being signed for, suitable evidence is required in the form of images or video.
We do not accept any returns on any products that are not to the buyers liking.
If your product has a defect which falls within the warranty period, we will assist you in your claims process by providing supplier channels or contact details if we are unable to assist.
In the event that you wish to return your product, the buyer remains responsible for the shipping fee in order to get the product back to us.
