Coco Peat Block 5kg – a compressed block that expands to approx 70 litres volume. Commonly used for animal or reptile bedding as it’s light and fluffy. The peat has been washed prior to being compressed so it’s dirt free. Coco peat is also perfect for seedlings since it’s a natural growing medium with great water and oxygen retention.
Coco Peat works well for many types of pets. For example, it can be used as a bedding for

Also it’s great for lizard egg laying boxes. You can use it in dry form or with moisture added – to fit the needs or preferences of a variety of pets. Because coco peat absorbs and retains water so efficiently, adding moist coco peat to your reptile’s habitat helps maintain proper humidity naturally.
To uncompress and rehydrate: place brick in a tray or bucket and add approximately 25 litres of water per brick. Warm water works faster. Leave for one hour to expand fully. Wring out excess moisture if desired and use.
